PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.
Each item has a notation within its description of time required for availability. Many items are made to order by the Designer. Most gowns require 12-16 weeks while customer accesories require 2-10 weeks to be processed and shipped. Most Designers offer “Rush” service for an additional fee. Please email info@bellableubridal.com to obtain this information and availability if it is not listed on the product information page. When inquiring, please include the Designer and style name/number of the item you are interested in. Bella Bleu will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Order verification and processing will begin and you will receive an email when your order is being processed and in production. You will receive shipping confirmation and carrier tracking once your order has shipped. Please feel free to email info@bellableubridal.com with any questions or concerns regarding pending arrival of your order and we will respond promptly.

If your item(s) is unavailable as indicated, you will be notified by e-mail with the available ship date. We will ship your order on the anticipated date unless we receive written communication in an email from you requesting rush service or cancellation. If an item is unavailable and we cannot obtain it for you, your order will be cancelled and credit card will not be charged.

We understand that you may want to purchase more than one of the same type item to see and compare styles and quality. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, there is a maximum of three (3) different styles per category if purchasing for comparison (for example, 3 pairs of earrings or 3 bracelets). This ensures that you receive the highest quality merchandise that has not been handled excessively.

SHIPPING

All United States orders are shipped Federal Express or United Parcel Service. International orders are shipped Federal Express or United States Postal Service. Express shipping is also available at an additional charge. Please see our Shipping page for additional shipping information.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is transmitted and in or past “processing” status and your credit card it charged, it is considered final. If a product is not available, you will be notified and given the option to revise or cancel your order. If you inadvertently order the incorrect item, shipping charges will incur to exchange for the correct item/items. Please order custom, personalized and monogrammed items carefully; custom, personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be canceled, and personalized and monogrammed items are not returnable.

REPAIRS/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is defective or damaged, we will work with the manufacturer/designer to replace or repair your item to be able to provide you with the highest quality of merchandise. The same exact item including size/color will be replaced. Any changes to the item would constitute a “new order”. If the item was damaged during shipping, please save all packing materials so that we can assist with the filing of claim with the carrier. We will ask you for photos of the shipment as it appeared when it arrived. All of our shipments are insured to the full value of your purchase. All damaged shipments must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. After this time period, you will be responsible for damages that are incurred. If you require repairs due to the item being damaged in your care, we will work with the designer to arrange repair of your item. Cost for this service is calculated on an individual basis. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PRICE MATCHING

We do not offer price adjustments on promotions. We also do not engage in price matching from a competing salon.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Bella Bleu will periodically run promotions during our trunks shows or other special events. We are not able to negotiate prices with our clients or engage in unauthorized discounting. If you are looking to receive a discount on your accessories, please visit our Events listings where you will find our upcoming trunk shows and events.

TAXES

Sales Tax by state law will apply if applicable.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn merchandise for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please see exclusions below.

The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs or rush fees are not refundable. Return/Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you received complimentary shipping with your order, $10.00 will be deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange. We offer free return shipping on all exchanges and store credits within the U.S.

PLEASE SEE DETAILS AND EXCLUSIONS BELOW:

  • CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. A custom order is an item that we do not stock and that is special ordered for each customer. Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a custom piece. This includes all gowns, veils, select headpieces/hair accessories, sashes, selected custom jewelry, and bridesmaid multiple item orders. Select headpieces and jewelry that are custom orders are marked “Custom made by order”, “Custom order” or “Custom handcrafted by order” in the product description.
  • GOWNS: All gowns are custom ordered for each bride therefore, not returnable or exchangeable.
  • VEILS: All veils are custom ordered for each bride and therefore, not returnable or exchangeable.
  • HEADPIECES: In stock headpieces and hair accessories are returnable. Please take care as these items are fragile in nature and must be in the same condition upon their return as when received. If headpieces are damaged by wear or hair products, your return may not be accepted or you may only quality for a partial refund. Custom ordered headpieces are not returnable.
  • SALE ITEMS: Sale items are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.
  • All other merchandise is returnable and/or exchangeable.
  • If your wedding/event occurs within the 14 day policy, the policy is no longer valid and the items are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns after the wedding date.

IN STORE CUSTOMERS: Returns for refund, store credit or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

ONLINE CUSTOMERS: Please request a return authorization within 14 days from receipt of shipment. Return shipping cost and insurance is the customer’s responsibility on all refunds. We offer free return shipping for exchanges and store credits.

ONLINE RETURN PROCEDURE: Pre-Authorization of all returns and exchanges is required. You must be logged in to access this on-line form. Please select RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS under YOUR ACCOUNT.

  • All return requests must be received within 14 days from receipt of shipment. Your return request needs an authorization number to continue the process.
  • Return Authorization Review may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email when your Return has been reviewed and processed.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned as packaged. Postmarks and shipments after the wedding date will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise must be unused and undamaged condition with tags attached if applicable. It is at the discretion of Bella Bleu to determine if returned goods are in acceptable, sellable condition to be eligible for a return. Merchandise that is returned in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer.
  • Postage, shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for refund requests. Exchange or store credits receive free return shipping within the U.S.
  • Please include the original packaging (bags, boxes, bows, cotton fill, tissue paper) and pack the items securely in a well padded mailer or box. If the items are not packed securely, they could be damaged in which case we cannot accept the return. We strongly encourage insuring the package and adding tracking information as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the carrier of your return.
  • Return requests after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted. Return shipments after the wedding date will not be accepted.

Please allow 7-10 days for processing of your refund/exchange/store credit. A refund will post to your original form of payment approximately 2 days after processing your return. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

We regret that we cannot accept returns after the wedding date.

UNITED STATES DELIVERIES

All United States orders are shipped by Fed Ex Delivery and insured for the full value of the items. All US Orders over $300 require a signature. This is for your protection. Please make note in the comment section if you would like the signature waived. Bella Bleu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The following delivery costs are for United States purchases only. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. We offer a flat rate for your convenience and ease of purchase.

STANDARD DELIVERY: All Standard Deliveries under $150 are a flat rate of $10.00. All Standard Deliveries over $150 qualify for FREE standard shipping.

TWO-DAY DELIVERY: All Two Day Deliveries are a flat rate of $28.00 or for orders over $150,00, an upgrade of $18.00. Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Tuesday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
: All Overnight Deliveries are a flat rate of $48.00 or for orders over $150, an upgrade of $38.00. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). 
Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Tuesday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO and GUAM DELIVERIES

Standard shipping is $25.00. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).

All International shipments should arrive 6-10 days after shipment with standard delivery. International Express is offered for Canada, United Kingdon and Australia only and will arrive 2-5 days after shipment. We do not guarantee rushes on International shipments due to postal and custom delays.

Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs brokerage costs on all International shipments. Bella Bleu is not responsible for custom delays. Your order should arrive within approximately 6-10 business days without custom or holiday delays.

DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

DROP SHIP ITEMS
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the designer to your door. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
