Traditional weddings have a special place in my heart. Emphasizing the simplicity and real meaning behind a wedding is something I respect very much and I admire those who choose this route. Kristin and Raymondย embodied a traditional ceremony to the T in their hometown of Philadelphia, PA.ย The two met through a mutual friend in 2006 and haven’t looked back since. Here’s a look at their gorgeous day thanks to photos byย The Pros Photography.
After a year of being engaged and a proposal which included a candle collage spelling out “Will You Marry Me” in their backyard on Kristin’s birthday, the two were ready to wed. On May 21, 2011, the Roman Catholic ceremony was held in front of family and friends with a bridal party of 13 lovely bridesmaids and groomsmen. Who all looked stunning by the way! ย The simplicity and romance of it all just really warms our cheesy little hearts.
The bridesmaids wore knee-length crimson red halter style dresses and we were blown away by how great they all rocked their frocks. The little cutie flower girl wore a simple number with a matching flower accessory. Speaking of the bride…doesn’t she just look divine! Her lace bustier looked smashing on her. We love the pairing of the sweetheart cut with a pendant necklace. Someone didn’t need pointers from our Nifty Necklines entry!
After the ceremony, the couple took pictures at Neshaminy State Park and they look so happy together! We love the natural theme of the shoot. No gimmicks, no flashing lights…just pure, unadulterated love. The bride looks absolutely flawless and she just so happened to be wearing one of our pieces! Check out her double strand crystal and pearl bracelet by Cheryl King Couture.
The party kept rockin with 175 guests at Fishers Tudor House in Bensalem, PA and this couple sure knew how to celebrate. The bridal party came shimmying out to the bride’s favorite song Bad Romance by Lady Gaga and the newly dubbed Mr. and Mrs. Raymond R. Rozanski II chose to enter with ACDC’s Thunderstruckย with the groom slinging the bride over his shoulder! Needless to say, the crowd’s energy grew into a cake fight! That’s how to end the perfect day.
ย Congratulations to Kristin and Ray! May your years be filled with happiness and love forever and always!ย
