Amy and Kyle met four years ago online and had their first date at Joe’s Wine Bar in Wicker Park, which is coincidentally right where Adam ended up proposing a couple years later. He surprised her with a party at Parlor Pizza after dinner and they celebrated the happy occasion with their friends and family.

Amy says this of her time at Bella Bleu Bridal:

“I had such an amazing experience at Bella Bleu from the start. I originally found a dress online that I loved and after some research found that Bella Bleu carried the designer. I emailed the store to ask if they carried the dress. Bella Bleu ordered the dress to the store just so I could try it on! Although I ended up going with something completely different, I loved how they made sure that the dress was there for me to try on. Carly and the other staff were so helpful in picking out dresses that I would like and not forcing me into something I didn’t like. When I tried on “the dress”, I never felt pressured to pull the trigger, but felt like Carly was genuinely there to just help and talk me through the process. They also helped contact the designer to make a small change to the dress before it arrived for me to take home!”

Amy wanted a very simple, classic look for her wedding. The ceremony and reception were in a large white tent with Italian string lights, which gave it a super romantic feeling. Their ceremony included a mix of traditional elements while also incorporating more modern readings and vows. Of course, the couple’s favorite part of the night was the dance floor. Within minutes after dinner the floor was packed. The night ended with a singalong to Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On”, they couldn’t have imagined a more magical evening!
