All orders are shipped by Fed Ex Delivery or UPS. All US Orders over $300 require a signature. This is for your protection.

STANDARD DELIVERY
All Standard Deliveries under $150 are a flat rate of $9.00. All Standard Deliveries over $150 qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
TWO-DAY DELIVERY
All Two Day Deliveries are a flat rate of $28.00. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
All Overnight Deliveries are a flat rate of $42.00. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO and GUAM DELIVERIES
Standard shipping is $25.00. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
International Deliveries
At this time, we ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Brazil. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs brokerage costs on all International shipments.

The following processing and delivery costs are for United States purchases only. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for other merchandise or receive a store credit less shipping charges. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces we offer and the one time use of bridal accessories, we do not offer refunds.
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. A custom order is an item that we do not stock and that is special ordered for each customer. Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a custom piece. This includes all veils, headpieces/hair accessories, selected jewelry, selected wraps, monogrammed/personalized items, and custom guest books/albums.
Due to the fragile and one time use nature of veils,
bridal headpieces, combs, hair flowers and feathers all hair adornments are not returnable. Dyed shoes are not returnable or exchangeable.
In Store Customers: Returns for store credit or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Online Customers: Please request a return authorization request within 7 days from receipt of shipment. Return/Exchange shipping cost and insurance is the customer’s responsibility on all exchanges.
Pre-Authorization of all returns and exchanges is required to obtain a Return Authorization number. (Click here) to complete our on-line return request form for return or exchange authorization. Note: You must be logged in to access this on-line form.
• All return requests must be received within 7 business days from receipt of shipment.
• All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original packaging.
• A copy of the receipt/invoice and Merchandise Return Form (click here) must accompany the return.
• Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition. It is the sole discretion of Bella Bleu to determine if returned goods are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's shipping expense.
• Postage, shipping & handling charges are not reimbursable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of your exchange/store credit.
We regret that we cannot accept returns after the wedding date.

DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.
